Eligible customers can raise a booking request on the DreamFolks Webaccess portal. The vendor Matrix will handle the request, including plan selection, KYC verification and SIM delivery.
After you submit a request, our vendor will contact you to complete KYC verification as per applicable regulations. Upon successful completion, you will receive either an activated eSIM via QR code or a physical SIM card, based on your preference and location.
