Yes, one additional guest is permitted at selected clubs, along with the primary member, spouse, and up to two children (under 18 years). The additional guest option will be visible in the booking form only for clubs that allow this privilege.

No, kindly login to the DreamFolks webaccess portal and raise booking as per the booking timeline. Customers with confirmed booking will only be provided access in the Social Club, direct walk-in will not be entertained by the club under this program.

How early after my landing time should I schedule my airport pick-up service?

It is recommended to schedule your pick-up 30-40 minutes after your domestic flight landing time if you have check-in luggage, while 20 minutes after would be enough if you only have a carry-on. If you're coming from an international flight, it is recommended to schedule your pick-up an hour or 1.5 hours after landing to give enough time to get through customs. It's also recommended to call your assigned driver once you've landed to inform them that you've arrived, so they know to expect you soon.

What is considered luggage? How many suitcases can I bring? Will my luggage fit the vehicle?

For a physical SIM card, delivery time depends on your location and may take up to a couple of weeks. How do I activate the eSIM on my phone?

Once you receive the QR code via email, scan it using your phone's mobile settings under the "Add eSIM" option for activation. Ensure your device supports eSIM. Once SIM is added, it will get activated automatically when you reach the destination country.

Are Complimentary games exclusively available for card member? What type of verification is required at the golf course?

Yes, only card member are eligible for complimentary game/ lesson. Golf course has the right to deny/charge any other golfer using the booking on behalf of the primary member at the golf course. Photo ID proof which is a mandatory requirement for verification at the golf course.

What do I need to carry at the golf course to gain entry?

The golf course will recognize you by your name, as mentioned during reservation. However, we request you to carry your Govt issued identification proof, your bank card if this is booked through Golf service offered by your bank. Certain golf courses may require a handicap certificate, the same will be intimated to you at the time of booking/confirmation.

Are there any minimum and maximum no. of players per flight?

Yes. as per the rules of golf and universal golf etiquette, there must be a minimum of 2 (two) players per flight on weekdays and a minimum of 3 (three) players per flight on weekends and holidays. The maximum number of players per flight is 4 (four), on any day.

We ensure that your booking details are confirmed with golf club & slots are communicated to the guest accordingly. Do golf courses have dress codes?

Most golf courses have universally acceptable golfing dress codes. In general, collared shirt and trousers is fine. Golf courses do not allow denim trousers. Golf Shorts of appropriate knee length are allowed. At some golf courses, it is required to keep your shirt tucked in. Also please ensure you wear a proper set of golf shoes with soft spikes for all golfing sessions. It is recommended to enquire with respective golf clubs regarding this.

Can I contact the golf course directly and get a booking?

No. All booking requests are to be made thru DreamFolks web-access portal or your concierge (whatever is applicable as per the program). Customers are requested to avoid calling the clubs as they are not equipped for creating your booking under this program.

Can I walk into any of the clubs part of the program and use the services?

No. it is mandatory for customers to raise a booking request, as per the required procedure. Customers with a confirmed booking will only be allowed access. Customers walking-in directly will be denied entry under this program.

What about golf equipment and F&B expenses?

All other costs and charges such as F&B expenses, consumables, rental of golf equipment, golf-cart (buggy) charges, caddy fees and more, are to be borne by the DF Club members(s) and his/her guest(s). DC Member and guests have to pay directly at the club for buggy, caddie, turfmate and insurance at normal published rates at the club, where applicable.

Can I avail the other facilities at the golf club?

It is limited to golfing access only and you cannot access the other facilities at the golf club.

Can a non-golfing member of my family accompany me for my game or lesson?

No, golf clubs generally do not permit non-golfers to be present in any golfing areas.

You can book a health checkup through the DreamFolks Web Access Portal.To proceed, select “Health Checkup” and update your location when prompted. Complete the required form and provide your sample pick-up address.

Once your booking is submitted and confirmed, you can track the service status directly on the Web Access Portal. After confirmation, the vendor team will contact you to arrange the sample collection. Your test reports will be sent to your registered email address upon completion.

Can I Add more than one member for a test in one transaction?

Yes, while booking the service, you can add & pay the charges applicable.

What arrangement does a customer needs to make at his home for VAYD?

If you have confirmed the time slot and location for VAYD, a professional visa team would visit you at your preferred location. You need to provide a secure room in which they can take your biometric data and collect the applications. Any meeting room or enclosed space can be used. Two chairs for the agent and his colleague and one for the applicant. There need to be a dedicated table which the agent will use to set up his equipment and electrical points.

Is VAYD service available in tier 2 cities?

Does this service guarantee VISA issuance?

The grant or refusal of the visa is at the sole discretion of the embassy/ consulate and availing of this Service and/ or any other value-added services will not affect the processing time and/ or decision with respect to the visa application

Are there any charges that is to be borne by customer in this?

The VAYD service does not cover the cost of travel of the final service provider’s employee(s)/ representatives who visit the customer’s location for fulfilment of the Service. The customer is responsible for making the required travel booking and expenses.
